Make monthly/quarterly MSP reporting useful to owners by focusing on service quality, top risks, actions, and what needs a decision.
1) Monthly report structure

4) Quarterly review prompts

5) Common gotchas
- Reports list everything, but nothing is clearly prioritised.
- Metrics are too technical for owners to use.
- Open actions are not owned or revisited.
- Reporting explains activity but not business impact or decisions needed.
